1. The data controller

I process your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, (EU) 2016/679) and the applicable national law.

2. The contact form

When you write to me on the Contact page, I process:

• your name;
• your e-mail address;
• your phone number, if you give it (optional);
• what you write in your message.

The purpose is to reply to you and tell you about coaching. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give before sending the form.

I keep this data for at most 12 months from your message, or until you withdraw your consent. If we start working together, I handle what that needs as we agree.

Please share only as much about yourself in the message as getting in touch needs.

3. The feedback form

On the feedback page I process your name, your e-mail address, your 0–10 rating and your feedback, to improve my work. The legal basis is your consent.

I publish your feedback on the website only if you separately agree to it, and only under the name you give. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and I will then remove it.

I keep feedback for at most 3 years, and a published quote for as long as your consent stands.

4. Cookies and your browser's storage

The website uses no statistics, marketing or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner either.

Your browser's local storage (localStorage) only remembers whether you view the site in Hungarian or English. That never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

5. Processors

I use the following services. Each receives only the data its task needs:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) — hosts the website; on the feedback form, the Turnstile spam check and, where it is switched on, storage of the feedback.
• Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — forwards messages from the contact form to my e-mail inbox.
• Resend (resend.com) — where it is switched on, forwards feedback to me by e-mail.
• Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which passes your browser's IP address to Google; and I receive messages in my Gmail account.

Where a provider also processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR requires (such as the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask how your data is processed, and access it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict the processing;
• object to the processing;
• receive your data in a portable form;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to lencses.adrienn@gmail.com; I will reply within one month at the latest.

7. Complaints

If you feel your data is being processed unlawfully, please write to me first and I will try to put it right. You can also complain to a data protection authority:
