Confidentiality and data handling
What you share with me during our meetings is confidential, and is not stored on this website or in any system connected to it. I collect data and notes connected to the coaching only as far as the work requires, store them securely, and delete them once they are no longer needed. I do not pass your data on without your consent. In handling data I act according to the rules of the European data protection regulation (GDPR), and my work is guided by the principles of the ICF code of ethics.
Ethical principles and professional quality
My work is guided by the principles of the ICF code of ethics: professionalism, collaboration, humanity and equality. In practice that means we agree clearly on the frame of the coaching at the start, that I respect your boundaries, and that I do not abuse your trust. I speak honestly about my training and about what coaching can and cannot give. If I see that you need the help of another professional, I discuss it with you and help you find the right support. I keep learning and developing so that the quality of my work holds.
Social responsibility
It matters to me that coaching should not be available only to those for whom the cost is not a question. So each month I take on three solution-focused coaching sessions at a reduced price, and three Compassionate Inquiry sessions at a reduced fee as well. If you would like to use this, write to me and we will discuss what suits you. You do not have to justify why you are asking for the reduction.
